Return and Refund Policy
Since we‘re proceeding orders 1:1 for all customers right after their purchasing, after 6 hours of purchase you can not cancel or return your order because it is already on custom making process.
We do accept a refund or exchanges for only these cases;
- critical issuses on Q.C. on the item after the case approved by our designer team.
- product in the package is missing while all packaging process is recorded.
We inform all of our materials on the website, skin allegic issues on customers are not our responsibility to give a refund but we’re all welcomed to have an enough conversation with customers before purchasing with our contact menu on the below.
